The price includes VAT. Delivery in Timisoara is free of charge. The greeting card is also free.

Monday - Saturday: 8 am to 10 pm
Sunday: 12 pm to 16 pm
We do same day deliveries for flowers and gifts in Timisoara within 2 hours at the earliest after the confirmation of payment or within the time interval specified by you on the checkout process. Depending on the delivery address and the complexity of the bouquet or gift, we can ship to other locations within Timis county in 4 hours after payment confirmation.
Flowers will be delivered, as appropiate, along with the usual ornaments: decorative greenery (it is specified in the description of the products), transparent foil or decorative paper, assorted ribbon etc.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery in Timisoara and the other neighboring towns is FREE. For the other localities within Timis county, we will deliver with our own means of courier, and there is a delivery fee to be payed which will be calculated depending on the distance to the delivery address at a rate of 1.3 lei / km. For instance, if the delivery is for Peciu Nou (distance from Timisoara to Peciu Nou is 23 km), the rate is calculated 23 km x 1.3 lei / km. In the checkout form, fill in the field corresponding to the delivery location and the flat rate shipping will be automatically displayed with the updated delivery rate, which you will have to choose for the shipping method.
We also do night deliveries following order placed at 3 pm at the latest for a delivery fee of 50 lei (10.40 eur). You are then asked to choose the last option from the shipping method list.
What happens if the recipient cannot be found at the address?
In case the delivery cannot be made for reasons related to the availability of the recipient at the location, we will contact her/him by phone. If we still cannot reach the recipient, we will withhold the order for 48 hours, during which we will try to contact the recipient on the provided phone number several times. After the 48 hours, we can cancel your order and there will be no return of the payment.
